Every typeface plumedocs.com serves
===================================

This file is the plain-text half of the register at /open-source, which lists the
same faces with links to the licence bodies. Both are generated from the same
source of truth, lib/licenses.ts, and scripts/check-licenses.mjs fails if they
disagree.

Nothing here is fetched from a third party. Every face below is served from this
origin, so opening a page or selecting a font never calls Google Fonts or any
other font service.

Each copyright line was read out of that font file's own `name` table, entry 0,
rather than copied from a specimen page. That matters: this file used to record
Roboto as Apache-2.0, and the bytes in public/fonts/roboto.ttf say
https://openfontlicense.org and point at googlefonts/roboto-classic, the
repository Roboto moved to when it relicensed to the SIL Open Font License.

Every face here is published under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The full text
of that licence, together with these copyright notices, is served at
/licenses/OFL-1.1.txt.


EMBEDDED INTO THE PDFs THE TOOLS WRITE
--------------------------------------

Subset to the glyphs actually used and embedded into the file you download. The
OFL permits this explicitly, and says in terms that a document created with a
font is not itself covered by the licence.

  Latin + Latin-Extended subsets built by scripts/build-text-font.mjs from the
  sources vendored in vendor/notosans/. lib/fonts/textFont.ts loads one of these
  whenever a document contains a character the Standard-14 PDF faces cannot
  draw, which is Watermark, Page Numbers, Bates, Header/Footer, Invoice, the OCR
  text layer and the Edit PDF export.

Face suffixes: (none)=regular, -b=bold 700, -i=italic, -bi=bold italic. The four
families above are the Edit PDF font picker and ship as Latin + Latin-Extended
