Why we built Plume

PDF tools shouldn’t ask you to hand over private documents just to rotate a page. So Plume runs where your files already are, right on your device, and the tools stay free, unlimited and watermark-free.

Three things Plume will never do: upload your PDFs to a server, put a watermark behind a paywall, or make money from what is inside your files. If that ever changes, hold me to this paragraph. Written July 2026.
