Scanned a double-sided document on a single-sided scanner? You end up with two PDFs: all the fronts, then all the backs. Drop both in and they interleave A1 B1 A2 B2… into one PDF in reading order. If the backs came out last-page-first (they usually do), tick Reverse and it's handled. Any two PDFs mix the same way, and the longer file's extra pages go at the end. Lossless, on your device.
