Split a PDF into named files.
plume · local · organize/split-pdf-and-rename · works offline
Sixty payslips in one PDF, and you need sixty files carrying sixty names. Open the PDF, drag a box around the employee name on the first payslip, and Plume reads that same box on every page. Check the list it builds, fix anything it misread, then press Split. The files come back as a zip.
1
Open the document
Drop in the PDF that holds everyone's pages, one person after another.
2
Draw a box around the name
Mark where the name sits on page 1. Every page is read in the same place.
3
Check, then split
Read back what it found on each page, fix anything wrong, and take the zip.
